The options lapsed during the period November 2024 to July 2025, resulting in the Appendix 3H being lodged outside the timeframe prescribed by the ASX Listing Rules. A recent reconciliation of all options identified this oversight. The delayed lodgement arose due to an administrative oversight, which was promptly rectified upon identification of the issue by completing and lodging the Appendix 3H with the ASX on 5 November 2025. The Company has correctly recorded these options in all other publicly available information and in Annual reports as lodged with the ASX. Element 25 has since reviewed its internal processes and is confident that they are adequate to ensure timely future disclosures in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
