E25 Raises $2.8M Via Acuity Capital Subscription Agreement

Element 25 Limited (E25) successfully raised AU$2,850,000 through its At-the-Market Subscription Agreement with Acuity Capital. This was done by issuing 8,700,000 fully paid ordinary E25.ASX shares at an issue price of AU$0.3275 per share, representing a 13% premium to the 5-day VWAP.
