ANNOUNCEMENT | 16 MAY 2024 | ASX: E25 CLARIFICATION AND WITHDRAWAL OF ANNOUNCEMENT Element 25 Limited (E25 or Company) (ASX: E25; OTCQX: ELMTF) refers to its announcement made 15 May 2024 released under the title “Resource Drilling Commenced at Butcherbird Manganese Project” (the Announcement)1. In discussions with the Company subsequent to the release of the Announcement, the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) have expressed concern that certain statements made in the Announcement indicate or amount to the reporting of a production target or forecast and are made not in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules. To avoid any potential confusion, it has decided to withdraw the Announcement. As such, investors should not rely on this announcement.
